The Consultation Trigger
When you book a consultation through consultations.php, we request basic identifiers: your name, email address, and phone number. This is strictly to facilitate the professional connection between you and our nutritionists at Trg Kralja Milana 1.
Sensitive health data—like your BMI, specific allergies, or metabolic history—is only collected during the actual session or via secure pre-session forms. We use this strictly to deliver the dietary guidance you sought. No metadata is harvested for profiling outside of the direct clinical context.
Encryption over Convenience
We store your personal data only as long as necessary to maintain your nutritional plan. Our databases utilize industry-standard encryption, and access is restricted to authorized personnel who have signed strict confidentiality agreements.
